During 2012, El Mazraa improved the quality of its products after the success of its Brik brand. These are meals prepared from a thin layer of dough and flour that is stuffed with different kinds of meat and vegetables. On the back of the success of Brik, El Mazraa launched a new product range aimed at people who live alone. These new products were called Cordon Bleu, Gougeonette and Klaya.
