A key problem encountered by incontinence products in the retail environment is the embarrassment felt by the people who need them, both men and women. That feeling affects their purchasing behaviour, and while many women can alternatively use sanitary towels instead, men do not have a choice and so have been reluctant to buy incontinence products so far. Married men who use such products rely on their spouse to purchase them or, alternatively, buy them online.
