Cotton Wool/Buds/Pads in Latvia - New Market Study Published
The demand for cotton wool/buds/pads is very stable as such products are mostly used on a daily basis, leading to stagnation within the category both in retail volume and current retail value terms. With the price of products being affordable, the category saw fast expansion of the private label segment, putting additional pressure on the average unit price. In the end result, volume growth was slightly positive, while value growth was slightly negative in 2012.
