The percentage of people experiencing ear problems in Russia is growing slow. Small children suffer more often from ear infections, requiring OTC treatment. Due to the support of the government for families with children, the review period saw a rise in the number of births. The population aged 0-4 years increased by 22% between 2006 and 2012.
