"Hot Drinks in Morocco" Published
In 2012, most categories achieved both positive volume and current value growth. From a small base, fresh ground coffee pods posted the strongest growth rate. On-trade recorded higher volume growth than retail in 2012, at 10% and 4% respectively. Retail volume growth was driven by consumers gradually switching from unpackaged to packaged products, especially within coffee, while in on-trade, the main driver was the expansion of cafes and restaurants.
