New Market Study Published: Sanitary Protection in Morocco
Sanitary protection current value sales grew by an impressive 11% in 2012, reaching Dh402 million. This exceeded the 9% CAGR for the review period, and was much higher than the 1% increase in the female population aged 10-54 years in 2012. Growth in 2012 was buoyed by the increasing trend of consumers adopting daily feminine hygiene routines. More consumers are also widening their usage of sanitary protection products, to include pantyliners and wipes as daily-use items.
