New Market Study, "Carbonates in Ireland", Has Been Published
2012 saw tight consumer budgeting continue in Ireland, impacting carbonates sales, which continued to slowly decrease. Consumers aim to save money as the recession continues by economising on their purchases and seeking products that offer the best value for money. This pressurised prices further in 2012 both in the off-trade and on-trade channels, where competition for consumer demand remained intense.
