Eye Care in Peru - New Market Study Published
During 2012, the number of Peruvians experiencing minor eye ailments such as red eyes and dry eye continued to increase, mainly due to high levels of pollution in urban areas and more time spent in front of the computer. As a result, standard eye care products, which account for 99% of total value sales, recorded current retail value growth of 4% in 2012 - a performance in line with the review period average.
