The year 2012 was in general a good one for wine producers, especially for still red wine manufacturers, as the harvest was among the best in the last decade. As a result, producers have high hopes for their 2012 wine vintage brands. At the same time, Slovak wines enjoyed increased international popularity, winning several international awards throughout the world in 2012.
