New Market Report Now Available: Tourism Flows Inbound in Ireland
Inbound tourism continued to record positive growth in 2012, albeit at a lower rate than witnessed in 2011 when growth of 5% was recorded. Whilst Ireland made significant inroads to recovery and stabilisation assuaging the confidence of external visitors to a large extent in the process, worldwide economic conditions impacted total trip numbers on the whole limiting the rate of growth during the year.
