Consumer Foodservice by Location in Finland - New Market Study Published
The economic turbulence during 2012 in Finland undermined consumer confidence, which had a dampening effect on consumer foodservice sales through retail and travel locations, which saw current value sales grow more slowly than the year before. As a result, consumer foodservice sales through retail increased by 3% in 2012, compared with 5% in 2011, whilst travel locations increased by just 2% in 2012, compared with 4% in 2011.
