"Smoking Tobacco in Vietnam" Published
Traditionally, Vietnamese consumers used to consume pipe tobacco and RYO tobacco. However, since the development of cigarettes in the country, smoking tobacco became outdated in all aspects, which led to the dramatic decline of the category in Vietnam. Smoking tobacco requires smokers to purchase accessories such as pipes. The act of consuming smoking tobacco also led to an immediate and obvious adverse effect on oral hygiene and oral health, thus further limiting its consumption.
