Fast Food in Ireland - New Study Released
Fast food increased in terms of outlets, transactions, and revenue in 2012. The number of outlets grew by 1% which was attributed to new store openings for the McDonald's chain, and as many convenience stores increased their number of outlets. This counteracted the fact that many stores closed their doors in 2012 due to a lack of demand and an increase in costs and competition.
