Sauces, Dressings and Condiments in Spain - New Study Released
Over the review period, Spaniards decreased the amount of money spent on going out and leisure activities as a result of the difficult economic situation and high levels of unemployment. This especially affected those under 30 years old, who are facing an unemployment rate of over 50%. As a consequence, younger Spaniards are increasingly entertaining at home, thus supporting sales of sauces, dressings and condiments, with sales growing by 2% in value terms in 2013.
