Wipes is characterised by underdevelopment and fragmentation, with per capita consumption of products in this area remaining relatively low. However, in 2013 the variety of products and brands on offer kept increasing, particularly in the larger personal wipes area. Within home care wipes and floor cleaning systems, value sales remained substantially lower than in personal wipes, although some products were present on retailers' shelves.
