In 2013 menswear continued to experience robust growth of 10% in current value terms. Towards 2013, Indonesian men became more concerned about their appearance, as they spent more on male-specific personal care products, as well as on high-quality apparel. Affluent urban male consumers were also more willing to pay a premium to acquire international brands to indulge their desires.
