New Market Study, "Starchy Roots in Russia", Has Been Published
After China and India, Russia is the third biggest manufacturer of potatoes in the world. Potatoes are the biggest category in starchy roots, with a 96% share, and changes in potato consumption influences the whole category. Potato sales fell by 1% in 2013, and caused a decline in starchy roots by 1%.
