Cigarettes in Latvia - New Market Study Published
In Latvia, sales of cigarettes are strongly dependant on the performance of illegal sales. Unfortunately, illicit sales remained nearly unchanged in 2103, meaning that current government efforts to fight illicit trade and increase tax revenues from official cigarettes continued to be insufficient.
