Concentrates continued to develop in Russia in 2013. It increased by 2% in volume and by 10% in value in 2013. It was driven by two main concentrates products Kvas and Kisel. Both are traditional and typical for Russia. Kisel is a soft drink made from fruit or berry juice and starch. It can be home-made using ingredients that are heated to prepare the drink but it is consumed cold. It is popular in many EE and Northern European countries....
