Report Published: "Credit Cards in France"
Following a major blow in 2011 after the implementation of the consumer credit law known in France as Law Lagarde, credit cards mounted a slight recovery towards the end of the review period, although growth is set to remain muted in the category during 2014. The number of credit cards in circulation is set to decline by 3% in 2014, while credit cards transactions is set to increase by 1% in current terms.
