New Market Study, "Home Audio and Cinema in Portugal", Has Been Published
Portuguese consumers propensity to avoid superfluous expenses has been evident in home audio and cinema. In 2014 the category dropped by 6% in volume terms. The use of other products enabling consumers to listen to music has been dictating this negative result. In fact, currently, it is possible for consumers to listen to music through their smartphones, their tablets and computers, and their television, among many others. As result, home audio and cinema systems have been losing popularity.
