Portofino Named 2010 Community Of The Year By North Carolina Home Builders Association
Norwood Thompson, partner of Walthom Group, has announced that Portofino, a residential community located in Clayton, has been named the 2010 Master Planned Community of the Year by the North Carolina Home Builders Association at its annual STARS Awards event on Sept. 15. The Community of the Year is one of the event’s top honors and is judged on implementation and creativity of marketing plan, effectiveness and continuity of all marketing phases, overall quality of presentation and overall sales success.
