The Chef’s Academy Joins Slow Food Triangle
The Chef’s Academy, the Culinary Division of Harrison College, a 108-year-old, nationally accredited institution that offers more than 30 degree programs in five schools of study, has announced its recent membership with Slow Food Triangle, a local chapter of an international organization that aims to promote gastronomic culture, develop taste education and conserve agricultural biodiversity through a variety of initiatives.
