An investor, who purchased NASDAQ:TKAI shares, filed a lawsuit in New York against Tokai Pharmaceuticals Inc and certain Company officers, for among other things, violation of sections 11, 12(a)(2), and 15 of the Securities Act of 1933, and violation of sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 in connection with certain allegedly false and misleading statements.
