Dublin's Housing Crisis Could Soon Be Solved Thanks to Modular Construction
An imbalance in housing supply and demand has seen both rent and housing prices soar in Dublin, with many people no longer able to afford accommodation and left in a lot of danger. To meet demands it has been reported that going forward Greater Dublin needs at least 1,200 new homes per month to meet demands, but in a world where a lot of people choose traditional construction methods this has previously been thought as a problem.
