The Red Room Tapas Lounge Welcomes Chef Marshall Smith
Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality (http://www.rockytophospitality.com), has announced that Marshall Smith has joined The Red Room Tapas Lounge, the only Spanish-influenced tapas lounge in downtown Raleigh, as executive chef.
