Primary biliary cirrhosis is a chronic disease of the liver that slowly destroys the bile ducts within the liver. Symptoms include fatigue, itchy skin, dry eyes, jaundice, swollen feet and ankles, pain in the upper right portion of the abdomen and diarrhea.
