Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties has announced that several of the firm’s brokers have negotiated several deals during the month of December. Brian Farmer, president of advisory services, brokered the lease expansion of 5,642 square feet at 1030 Swabia Court in Durham to Pfizer. Mark Howe, senior investment advisor and Sonya Wagner, real estate advisor, represented the seller in the sale of 8215 Leesville Road in Raleigh, a property valued at $1,500,000.
