Recent Study: Chilled Processed Food in Vietnam
Over the review period, Western food has become increasingly popular and, following this trend, chilled processed food has also gained great acceptance from consumers in Vietnam. In urban areas and big cities, there are sausages, smoked meat and salami in most convenient stores, supermarkets and hypermarkets. This food category targets middle to high consumers who value the hygiene standard and convenience that chilled processed food offers.
