Now Available: Chilled Processed Food in Ireland
As budgets in Ireland remain constrained and Irish consumers continue to prepare and dine at home, chilled processed food is expected to maintain solid growth in 2012. Sales of chilled processed food are expected to increase by 3% in volume and 2% in current value in 2012. However, certain categories, particularly chilled processed meat and chilled fish/seafood continue to struggle, suffering from a combination of difficulties including, price perception and shifting consumer preferences.
