Ready Meals in the Czech Republic - New Study Released
Trends visible in 2011 continued to develop in 2012. Consumption of ready meals was influenced by the convenience and health and wellness trends and unstable purchasing power of Czech households. Czech consumers increasingly demand chilled products that promise freshness and more convenient preparation. Whilst chilled ready meals, dinner mixes and frozen pizza followed positive development, consumption of canned/preserved, frozen and dried ready meals continued to fall.
