"Dried Processed Food in Argentina" Published
In 2012, dried processed food remained highly dependent on the performance of dried pasta and rice, the most important products in the category. As fresh meat, a characteristic element within the Argentinean diet, continues to see decline in Argentina, given the price hikes that drove per capita annual consumption from 70kg in 2009 to 57kg in 2012, it is being partially replaced with alternative products such as pasta and rice.
