Childrenswear in South Korea: New Research Report Available at Fast Market Research
Due to the decreasing consumer base within childrenswear caused by the falling birth rate, childrenswear volume sales fell by 1% in 2012. However, current value sales increased by 1% due to premiumisation. The same trend of falling volume sales and rising value sales was seen within sub-areas such as baby and toddle wear, boys' clothing and girls' clothing.
