Cosmetic wipes, the main type, recorded the fastest current value sales growth of 9% in 2012 to reach S$11 million. Facial cleansing wipes dominates cosmetic wipes. Deodorant wipes are not popular among consumers or widely distributed in supermarkets or health and beauty retailers. Thus, retail value sales of deodorant wipes remained negligible.
