Icicle Anticipates Kosher Foods Increase as Health Conscious Consumers See Benefits
The IFT (Institute of Food Technologists) reported that kosher food purchases are made by approximately 80 percent who are not observing Jewish dietary laws. According to the publication, “kosher foods are becoming more popular. Kosher food sales jumped 64 percent between 2003 and 2012, to a record $12.5 billion.”
