New Market Study, "Consumer Foodservice by Location in Brazil", Has Been Published
The growing number of new shopping centres in recent years has resulted in increased demand for retail locations, in which chained foodservice outlets are predominantly in food courts. According to ABRASCE, 47 new shopping centres were inaugurated in 2012 and it is expected that opening new ones will continue over the entire country between 2012 and 2017. This will tend to positively impact sales, mainly in retail locations.
