New Market Study, "Full-Service Restaurants in Canada", Has Been Published
Growth in the volume of sales in the full-service restaurant category resumed only in 2011, after a negative spell of economic recession in 2009 and 2010. In 2012 current value sales in the category grew only modestly, by 2% in current value terms to reach sales of C$21.3 billion.
