"Cat Food in Italy" Published
Cat food maintained its upward trend in 2013 in value, but at a slower pace compared to the review period CAGR. In value terms, the growth was negligible compared to the CAGR of 2% over the review period. The sustained impact of the crisis, both in terms of the possession of pets, and in the rationalisation of purchases (smaller formats to avoid waste) are the explanation behind this trend.
