Recent Study: Sauces, Dressings and Condiments in the Netherlands
Sauces, dressings and condiments posted favourable value growth of 3% in 2013, mainly due to the strong growth in liquid cooking sauces like pasta sauce. The fact that more people cook from scratch at home helps this category as a whole to clearly perform better now than it did over the review period.
