New Market Study, "Footwear in Mexico", Has Been Published
Value sales of sports footwear have increased by 49% since 2007. This positive performance is explained by the growing popularity of brands such as Nike, adidas and Puma and the entrance of new brands such as Under Armour and Reef, which have gained positioning amongst Mexican consumers and offer stylish and sophisticated sports footwear at considerably higher prices than other brands. In 2013 sports footwear accounted for Mx$38.7 billion.
