CDC Names Arthritis as the No. 1 Cause of Adult Disability in the U.S.
Statistics from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) show that 52.5 million adults have been formally diagnosed with arthritis. The premiere health and safety organization places it first in the Top 10 causes of disability among U.S. adults. It’s a growing problem in a nation with a large aging population, but one that many individuals are addressing with the assistance of glucosamine supplements.
