"Cigars in Bolivia" Published
Bolivians have not developed the tradition of smoking cigars. The main consumers of these products were probably exposed to them when travelling to other countries and belong mainly to high-income households. Artisanal cigars that have no brand name or packaging are available to low-income consumers, and are sold in some urban areas of Bolivia.
