New York Attorneys Will Be in High Demand if Data Security Law Passes
Earlier this month, New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman proposed legislation on what he says would make New York's data security law the strongest in the country and improve both consumer data protection and data breach notification. If the proposed bill passes, it is recommended that every business owner consult with legal counsel long before the bill is active to ensure compliance with its new codes and procedures.
