Tuscon's Vice Mayor Richard Fimbres shared with the Arizona Daily Star, that the city approved the development agreement and PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Tax) for HomeGoods to build its new distribution center in Tucson. This distribution center will serve the retail outlets for HomeGoods, TJ Maxx and Marshall's in the western United States.
