Pet Care in Portugal - New Study Released
Despite economic constraints, pet care was able to increase sales, thanks to dog and cat food. The modern way of life causes a growth in single households where the presence of a pet is common. With the penetration of pets in national households growing and consumers' restricted purchasing power, price/quality ratio has a reinforced importance. Increasingly aware of the benefits of manufactured food, pet owners reduce the share of homemade food, boosting pet products sales.
