Longistics’ Duane Long Named Vice Chairman of American Trucking Associations
Longistics, a full-service provider of global logistics solutions (http://www.longistics.com), has announced that Duane Long, chairman, has been elected vice chairman for the American Trucking Associations (ATA). Currently chair of ATA’s Insurance Task Force, Long received the position after having served as ATA’s vice president at large and state vice president, as well as a member of multiple committees for the organization, for more than 15 years. He was selected during the 2010 ATA Management Conference held at Phoenix in October.
