In 2009, Chinese government still deems agricultural production as one key task. On one hand, it continues to keep peasants’ planting enthusiasm by means like heightening crops purchasing price. On the other hand, it goes on to promote industry reconstruction related to agriculture, including pesticide industry, fertilizer industry and seed industry to pursue further development of agriculture. A series of policies and concrete regulations will be released successively this year.
