Lawsuit for Certain Investors in Notes from Samarco Mineracao S.A. Filed
The Shareholders Foundation announced that an investor, who purchased certain 10-year notes from Samarco Mineracao S.A., filed a lawsuit in New York over alleged violations of Federal Securities Laws by Samarco Mineracao S.A. in connection with certain allegedly false and misleading statements.
