Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Raises More Than $1 Million to Find Cure for Type 1 Diabetes
The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Triangle/Eastern N.C. Chapter raised more than $1 million to research the cause of and cure for juvenile (type 1) diabetes and its complications at its 8th annual Hope Gala (http://tekadvizor.com/JDRFNCGALA/), held on April 30 at the North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh. This represents more than a 50 percent increase over last year which was record-breaking for the Triangle/Eastern N.C. Chapter.
