Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties has announced that Brian Farmer, president of advisory services at the firm, negotiated the expansion and renewal of Triangle Microworks, located in Crosspoint II, a four-story, Class A office building at 2840 Plaza Place located approximately one mile from Crabtree Mall off Creedmoor Road. Crosspointe covers 96,000 square feet and includes several suites that are immediately available. Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties represented the landlord in this negotiation.
